Mo Placed In Raps Top Ten
In a recent article on Bleacher Report MoPete was named the fifth greatest Raptor of all time. This honor placed him in the same company as Vince Carter, Chris Bosh, and Antonio Davis to name a few. The entire article can be read over at BleacherReport.com and you can check out Mo’s entry below.
No.5 Morris Peterson
Mo Pete spent seven seasons with the Toronto Raptors, being drafted in the mid first round from Michigan State. A mature well rounded player came into a great situation, and was ready to provide. During his time with the raptors he was not known for being a scoring option but was a glue player and energizer.
He became a fan favourite for putting emotion out there on the court and putting all his effort.
He’s been with the team through the ups and downs, but he brought his game everyday on the court. He gave the team a little of everything, with his quick catch and shoot from three or sneaking to the hole, or his amazing circus shot.
Morris Peterson will always have Toronto in his heart and so will the Raptors.

Mopete is my fav raptor of all time. BRING HIM BACK TO TORONTO!

I must agree with Ares the Raptors haven’t seen anybody else like MoPete.

Merlin isn’t a bad guess, but that appears to be a falimy of Cooper’s hawks! There’s a pair at 22nd and H that have successfully fledged 2-4 young each year for the past few years. They leave plucked and decapitated presents on the sidewalk as well.
